Background Information
Every Opus Stone is made thanks to the rigorous selection process of Opus Otters. Uncut stones with dull acoustics or messy textures are discarded along the water's edge, becoming "Otter Castaways" occasionally found by travelers.<br/>The people of Mengzhou carefully polish Opus Stones of varying pitches, crafting them into lithophones and wind chimes hung beneath eaves or by the water. Whenever the chimes ring, nearby Opus Otters often pause their work to listen closely. If the mood strikes them, they will even knock on their own stones in harmony, as if jamming a song with a kindred spirit.
